I love deflation. I just bought a cheap tablet. It’s almost 1/3 of the price of my last one and so far, just as good. Why independent thinkers support central bankers distortion of markets, destruction of saving/investing signals/incentives on the purported basis of preventing it baffles me.
Thanks to central bank activity our global economic system is now a slow motion train wreck, with the pieces flying through the air. Exactly when and where they will end up I do not know. But I do know gravity will eventually exert itself and the pieces will come crashing to the ground. It’s so short sited, so indicative of not having a clue. Sure some debt would have been defaulted on. It will effectively be anyway. But the process will now almost certianly be much more bloody.
